Regulations

Competition system:

The event is conducted on a points system, with a total of 6 rounds in each round

Waiting List :

The waiting list had been created at 30-5-2021 16:30 (GMT+8).

The first 40 teams registered will enter the tournament, the next 10 teams registered afterwards will enter the waiting list.

If there are any vacancies in the tournament teams, the waiting list  teams will replace the vacancies according to their registration order.

Points calculation method:

Calculate each round and calculate the total points of each team after completing 6 rounds of the game. (If the event is terminated due to force majeure, the total points will be calculated based on the completed game)

Promotion method:

The top 10 in the group points can advance to the final

Tournament bonus:

Precautions:

l   Report within 60 minutes before the start of the event.

l   Each game will start at the scheduled time and will not wait for overtime (if there are any changes to the time, it will be notified on Discord)

l   When the same score appears, the number of Tournaments will be counted, and the party with more Tournaments will advance first. If the number of Tournaments is the same, the highest ranking will be counted.

l   This competition needs to install “moss” to prevent cheating. If the contestant receives a complaint, please send the Moss file to the administrator within 10 minutes for the administrator to decide.

l   During the event, it is forbidden to talk to anyone outside the event about the strategy, information, etc. of the event, and there must be no third party teaching, etc., the above behavior will be regarded as cheating.

l   Participants must agree to authorize the photos and videos derived from the competition for any official MYRIAD STARS E-SPORTS related publicity purposes.

l   All members of the registered team must be registered team members and have become MYRIAD STARS E-SPORTS members (MYRIAD STARS E-SPORTS will check whether the player account is correct with the official registered team information before the game).

l   Each participant can only represent one team (it cannot be transferred to any team in the same tournament after the start).

l   The name of the contestant's game must not contain any indecent or vulgar words.

l   Participants must agree to authorize the use of photos and videos in the competition for any related promotional purposes.

l   The organizer has the right to use your name, personal experience and appearance to conduct advertising for this event and serve as the historical promotion of the event in the future. In accordance with the rules of this event, the organizer has the right to play or replay the content of the event (including through the Internet and wireless network) alone or with a broadcasting partner, without paying additional fees.

l   MYRIAD STARS E-SPORTS will not make any refunds or compensations (except for registration deposits and sponsorships) if the competition is delayed or cancelled under any circumstances.

l   MYRIAD STARS E-SPORTS will contact the winners based on the contact information provided by the winners. All contact information will be based on the information in the registration form and will not accept changes after registration without the administrator of the club.

l   Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-refundable.

l   The third-party processing fees incurred when the bonus is distributed will be deducted from the bonus.

Game server restart:

These are the guidelines for restarting the game server during game startup:

l More than 15% of players in the lobby did not join the game.

l the game is in progress and the host or OB in the lobby does not include it in the game.

l If the game organizer has not joined the game.

l If the server crashes among most players, or the server has been in slow motion since the beginning of the game, you can call another remake. If slow motion occurs late in the game, the game will continue.

All the above reasons can be overturned by the game organizer, if the organizer considers it appropriate, the organizer will take the lead. If the game server crashes in the middle of the game, the game organizer will decide whether to restart the game (depending on the situation).

Precautions for the open live broadcast of the event:

l   Participants agree that MS-Esports owns the exclusive rights of live broadcast and streaming of all hosted events at the time of the competition.

l   Preliminary: Players can apply to the official for live broadcast, and need to indicate "#APEX LEGEND" 2021 Myriad Stars Summer Community Tournament in the live broadcast information column

l   Finals: Contestants are not allowed to conduct any form of live broadcast or rebroadcast of the finals, except for VOD

l   VOD: Players can record the content of the game by themselves, and can upload it to any social media 12 hours after the end of the game day, and need to indicate "#APEX LEGEND" 2021 Myriad Stars Community Tournament in the information column

l   If the player conducts a live broadcast, it is forbidden to display the game room code on the live broadcast. Depending on the circumstances, the team may be disqualified.

l   If the player is broadcasting live, the live broadcast delay needs to be adjusted to 5 minutes.

Late and Violation:

l   If a team is found to use any plug-in software or exploit vulnerabilities in the game, MYRIAD STARS E-SPORTS will immediately disqualify the designated contestants

l   MYRIAD STARS E-SPORTS reserves the right to cancel the qualifications of any person who is known or suspected of forging identities or try to use any program to influence the voting results of the game and the event.

l   MYRIAD STARS E-SPORTS reserves the right to recover losses or other compensations from contestants who violate the rules.

l   In the event of an unexpected factor (a problem with the official server, any unexpected accident, etc.) during the game, the game cannot be played normally, the referee will re-play the game or directly decide the winner based on the current situation.

l   E-sports first emphasizes sportsmanship. It is strictly forbidden for anyone to provocatively provoke hands, insult opponents, opportunistically manipulate the game, such as giving points privately, deliberately losing the game, money trading or violent coercion, players playing on behalf of others, etc. violate the fairness of e-sports As long as actual evidence (EG: screenshots, etc.) is provided and confirmed by verification, offenders will be severely punished.

CHEATING:

It is forbidden to cheat, modify the game files, exploit bugs, and/or use any third-party application which would give an unfair advantage against other users.

All cheats are completely forbidden to use under any circumstance while playing in any event at Myraid Stars tournament. Using any cheat will result in bans and disqualifications. This includes, but are not limited to:

l ESP

l Radar hacks

l Wallhacks

l Speedhacks

l Aimhacks

l Hitbox manipulation

l Teleportation

l The usage of a bug/bugs to gain an advantage versus your opponents

If a team uses a player that has an active ban by Myraid Stars or Apex Legends, the team will be disqualified from the Myraid Stars - Summer Tournament.

Myraid Stars reserves the right to monitor any player, for any reason, during the tournament.

Bugs, exploit:

Anything that can be viewed as a bug or exploit will be reviewed by the admin team and judged on a case-by-case basis, examples of such can be:

l   Quitting out of a Match before it has ended to deny a kill.

l   Leaving the normal boundaries of a map in a way that does not activate an “out-of-bounds” timer or other exploits that results in the Competitor being able to remain outside of the circle (in the orange) without taking damage.

l   Sitting on the spots which are not supposed to be used by map design. (For example: Spot surrounded by 30 seconds kill timer.)

l   Exploiting a game mechanic to enter and exit the 30-second “out-of-bounds” kill timer consecutively in the same area.

l   Examples of this include repeatedly using a zipline, grapple, portal, balloon, or other character ability to repeatedly enter the same area that activates the “out-of-bounds” timer.

l   Exploiting game mechanic to stay on slippery surfaces.

l   Usage of the double zipline next to each other.

l   Intentionally exploiting one-sided textures on map geometry to block or avoid any incoming damage that would have otherwise connected without the exploited geometry.

l   Hiding inside of map geometry or behind invisible walls on the map

l   Fire from the weapon while in the Downed state or while reviving.

l   Exploiting Legend abilities to gain an unfair advantage.

l   Exploiting mechanics to increase reload speed of the weapons.

l   Melee loot bins, supply drops, and/or respawn beacons in an effort to launch themselves or other players into the air
